My days at Eagle Ridge are spent with the middle school students in the classroom. I enjoy working with children, especially young adults. I work hard to be actively involved with our students success - both in the classroom and with what they carry over into their daily lives. My favorite subjects include science, mathematics, and finance.
I also volunteer with local and national organizations to further my impact on our kids in our community. I serve as a Boy Scout Leader, mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters, volunteer with local charities, and attend regular courses on child development as a licensed foster parent.
At home, I have my lovely wife (a teacher in Moline School District), son, two dogs, and a flock of chickens to round-off our small farm. I spend my free time fishing, kayaking, playing strategy-based board games with family, and seeking out new experiences in the Quad Cities.
I’m grateful to be a part of the wonderful and caring staff at Eagle Ridge.
